Cakes:
8” cakes are $27(feeds 12 people); call for quotes on larger cakes.
Cheesecakes: Cherry, blueberry, chocolate swirl, raspberry swirl, double chocolate, amaretto, B-52, maple walnut, pumpkin or strawberry.
Buttercream: Chocolate buttercream (plain or with raspberry jam), vanilla buttercream (plain or with raspberry jam or lemon mocha), mocha, Grand Marnier, lemon, amaretto, etc.
Mousse Cakes: White chocolate mousse with raspberries, Swiss chocolate, chocolate truffle, tiramisu, strawberry, raspberry.
Whipping Cream: Black forest, strawberry shortcake.
Other: Carrot cake with cream cheese icing, chocolate brownie cake, Boston cream cake, Engadiner Nusstorte (Swiss caramel/walnut torte – $19.99), almond nougat dacquoise ($32.40), fruit flans ($19.99).

Pies: 9” pies are $6.50. Apple crumble, blueberry, cherry crumble, strawberry/rhubarb, walnut, lemon meringue, raspberry, raisin, pumpkin (seasonal).

Quiches: 9" are $8.99. Order ahead.

Cream Pies: 9” cream pies are $8.99 Vanilla, chocolate,
